It's now five years after the end of the events of the Drake and Josh series, the boys are now twenty two, recently graduated college, and live together as roommates, but after Drake is reminded of his past trauma's, his mental state is punched down, Josh and Mindy help him and introduce him to a new coping mechanism that they also help with.
