Jongho, a 10 year old boy in the fifth grade who desires to be the fastest in his grade becomes best friends with his new next door neighbor, Yeosang.

"If you're so afraid of the cow," A voice said, "Why don't you just hop over the fence?"

The voice made Jongho stop in his tracks and quickly turn his head so fast that he almost lost his balance. There sat on the fence near the old house was a male, his legs dangling as he looked at Jongho.

"Hi." The male said, pointing a finger towards the old house. "We just moved in."
