Eighteen year old - Blaire Beaumont is what many would believe to be the perfect daughter. She isn't reckless and doesn't drink or curse; instead, she is ambitious and has always worked hard to gain a scholarship at university. Blaire has always tried to maintain her pristine image, but underlying her innocent and sweet appeal - she is damaged. Ever since her father left, her heart has been broken. So when her mother decides to ship her over to San Francisco for the summer to stay with him, Blaire's life takes a dramatic turn of events and she is forced to face a difficult challenge in re-building a broken relationship that is full of clamorous arguments.
