Prologue

Everything happens in the present, in Krakow, a city in Poland, where Dagmara, one of the protagonists of this story, lives. One day, she starts receiving messages from her former best friend who, years ago, had betrayed and replaced her with someone else, leaving Dagmara completely devastated. However, the messages don't stop and the situation spirals out of control when, after meeting her former best friend again, she soon realizes that the responsibility of saving the world falls on her hands, and on the hands of her friends, who are lost in what seems to be an impenetrable labyrinth in the middle of the Tatra Mountains. Amidst an incredible power that she holds, a labyrinth with no way out, a situation she doesn't fully understand, an agency trying to stop the destruction of the planet, and an old friendship that starts to become more than that, Dagmara will have to learn to heal her relationships with the people around her and with herself while also saving everyone.
