At the age of 8, Takeru Ooyama was given as a last parting gift by his dying mother an odd lock, but not just any lock...a orange Lockseed.

After being adopted by a new kind family, Takeru began to learn more about the secret power of the Lockseeds, jumping to his world to the "Helheim Forest" were he'll discover the power of the Kamen Riders.

Now at the age of 16, he enters to a prestigious school: the Tenbi Academy where he'll meet new friends and allies, the secret of the school...and possibly to protect the people that he cares.
