Hoping to find solace in the sea, she goes to the beach at night, and instead finds peace in talking to a stranger till the sun rises over them both. Sim Jaeyun is a musician who spends his nights in the company of the ocean, writing lyrics in the sand and watching them wash away. One night, he and the ocean are joined by an unfamiliar girl. All of a sudden, the lyrics float to the surface of his mind. Words form a blanket around him till sunrise. Slowly, as the sea pulls away from the sand, as words get washed away, as secrets get revealed, the pair get stuck in a whirlpool of emotions.
