Ash Black has recently transferred to preppy private school Almond Academy to start fresh for her last year of high school. After being involved in a traumatic incident at her old school, all she wants to do this year is focus on getting good grades and avoiding drama. But as early as the first day of school, she can already tell there's something strange about her classmates. Soon, she's initiated into a new clique of beautiful, wealthy and mysterious teens. The most beautiful and intimidating of them all, a tall blonde named Willow, shows Ash a new world of swanky mansions, epic yachts and wild parties. Although Willow seems sweet and innocent enough, Ash can see darkness brewing just under the shiny surface. Soon, it becomes clear to Ash that Willow is using her supernatural powers to control everyone around her and assert dominance over her boyfriend, Graydon. When Graydon starts showing signs of being interested in Ash, Willow punishes them both using cruel and unusual methods. Ash needs a plan to defeat Willow, or at least stop her from running a monopoly on their entire school. But she soon learns taking down a dictator disguised as a supermodel is no easy feat.
