Ultimately, in the wake of her father's death and the escape of the villainous Dai Shi, she reluctantly takes up the mantle of the Pink Ranger. However, haunted by her father's legacy and her own inner demons, she struggles to keep up with her duties as a Ranger. Unexpectedly, she found solace and comfort from one of her teammates, Casey.
