In the depths of Hell, a woman that is a sinner name Fern, found herself intrigued by a peculiar establishment known as the Hazbin Hotel. This hotel, run by Charlie Morningstar, a determined and compassionate young woman seeking to rehabilitate sinners, caught Fern attention for its unique approach to redemption. While Charlie tries to find a way to get sinners to being good again, a certain fallen Angel and ruler of Hell finds himself falling for one of the staff members in the hotel.
