Being Caitlin Clark's ex was extremely taxing.

The cameras followed me everywhere, negative comments were all over my socials. So I transferred to UConn. I needed a distraction. The funny, blonde point guard looked perfect for the job.

She stopped in front of me, looking from the ball to my face, where her gaze lingered.

"I tried to shoot a three and landed a ten," She remarked, taking the ball from my outstretched hand, then eyed it."That's a nice grip, do you play?"

My chest swelled with pride. "Matter of fact, I do."

She's just a distraction. That's all, right?
