To stay safe, they've stayed close to Raven's all summer, but a new semester is fast approaching. Ally is excited as always but also nervous. She just got her twin back and doesn't want to lose him all over again. Ariel has to face not only his classmates but Silas Moonfall, the man who kidnapped and raised him as his own, as his new identity: Ariel Rose. As second-years, they will take classes alongside the students of the dark arts so he will see his former father more often. New faces come this year. When a mysterious demon and seems very interested in not only Ariel but Phoenix too, everyone becomes suspicious of his intentions. Is he a secret agent working for the Dark One? Or is he a friend who wants to help out? As memories and old wounds open up, will Ally and Ariel be able to keep not only each other safe but everyone they love and care for too?
