In a world where the heroes weren't strong enough to defeat Eggman... It was a long war, the Eggman Empire had managed to take over most of Mobius, but Sonic and friends were keeping them at bay, or... that was until Dr. Eggman had teamed up with a mysterious man by the name of "Dr. Terios". Thanks to Terios and his vast knowledge on Project Shadow, they were able to craft a machine to contain him and use him as a living weapon for their plans. Years have passed, so many things have changed. Now the entire place being a dark cybernetic dystopian city where you may have to fight to live peacefully. One day, the leader of the Empire decides to make an alliance with a powerful race out of this world, the Black Arms colony. Sonic and Tails have gone missing since the day everything changed and the war was lost, so the only one that thinks he can step up and make a change is... The weapon that caused this destruction, Shadow. He seeks answers, memories of how it all went down and help from new allies. Will he achieve it all? Will Sonic ever be found?
