When young and promising surgeon Lisa is suddenly transferred to a lower position in another city, her new boss Jennie does not hide her antipathy. Nevertheless, they try to create the semblance of peace necessary to work together, but gradually both begin to struggle with an unexpected mutual attraction. However, the concept of honor is enough to keep new feelings at bay, not to mention that Jennie's heart belongs to the one whose engagement ring she wears.
