She asked, being curious. But I didn't answer her, instead made my way towards her. In seconds, she was in my arms with my hand around her waist, holding her in a tight grip.

Without waiting for her to utter a word, I grabbed her by her nape and kissed her, placing the stethoscope on her chest, just above her heart. I kissed her as if I would die the next moment. I kissed her as if it was my last kiss.

Her heart was beating soo fast and loud as if she had ran miles and so was mine.
It was the best feeling, the best!
