Improved augmentations, technology, and tactics all meant to help these improved Spartans, these Titans, reach their full potential. COILVIPER, a covert division of ONI specializing in all manner of Black Ops. Their main specialty: covert infiltration. They are elite stealth specialists meant to get in and out of enemy strongholds without said enemy, or even friendly forces, knowing that they were ever there in the first place.
