This is a short, nature themed, anthropomorphic tale inspired by Jesus' parables meant to teach a moral lesson- in this story, it is about the importance of showing love and care for others by helping those in need. This is my 2nd ever published short story, with the first being "Growing In Love: Exemplum of the Little Tree). The Story follows a female cardinal and soon to be mom named Mauvé. She embarks on a journey to find a new and better home for her baby birds, having little to nothing left at her current home. She eventually falls short of her destination however and is in dire need of help. Will she get it? And from whom?
