Ronan, a cigarette and soda obsessed idiot, enjoys solitaire and reading books past his reading level, which was currently 7th grade.

Noah is known for being the generic smart, quiet kid who gets bullied. But he has a secret obsession with astrology and music. He enjoys sleeping and learning about his hyper fixations.

When Ronan finally decides Noah's bullies are taking it to far, he intervenes and it ends in a bloody scene of glory. Ronan lets Noah follow him to the earth's end, and Noah begins to make Ronan wonder if this is what a true friendship feels like.. Or something more than friends? But with Ronan's internalized homophobia and Noah being deep in the closet, their love could never be, right?
