The Land of the Free

After moving to America to be with his love and research partner, Izuku Midoriya was paralyzed in a shooting. With his love dead, his designs stolen by a dictatorial government, and a new breed of humans with "Quirks" being imprisoned for the danger they posed, he had only one path left. He was going to tear down their world and build a better one. After all, he was one of the smartest people on the planet. So what if the government had some of his designs? They were all intended for civilian use. When Izuku puts his mind to creating a weapon, nothing can stand in its way.
