When Things Were Normal

Another day and Aaron is on his way to school... to drop out. Finding no reason to go on, Aaron decides he has no real future and wants to give up until he runs into Ted McCharleson, the CEO of a scholarship agency that wants to take him in for an internship. Being too nosy sends Aaron through a portal to another planet that is supposed to kill any human sent through it... so why is he alive? Not even Ted, who owned the portal, can answer that one. Being too dangerous to go back to Earth, Aaron is now attending school at an academy for magically gifted students as the only human. But what happens when you isolate all magic? The answer is disaster.
