Emi Rose is an ordinary young hedgehog girl living with her family and friends on the peaceful South Island; far off the coast of the mainland of her world, known as Mobius.

However, when an outing with her best friend Nicky turns into something a bit more dangerous, Emi learns a deep secret about not only her own existence, but her entire reality.
