Charlotte Morzova was bound to be a genius. The daughter of a boxer and a spy, both of which being multi-millionaires, she had what most people would call a pretty heafty head start. But, after being replaced in he position by a woman considered more attractive, she snapped, and decided to get her revenge.

Having sworn herself off of Tony Stark, the subject of her scandalous affairs, she crafts her own capitalist empire, securing herself at the head of it with the crafting of a symbiotic, winged suit and the taking of the name Diavola. With the help of the amateur Peter Parker, she secures an internship of shorts under Nick Fury in the art of petty vigilance, and a place in the Avengers, run by a certain billionaire playboy...
