Ena Imai was a simple girl who lived all her life with her foster mother in the small Japanese town of Takayama, but there was something different about her.

She was black, she didn't really care much about her skin color, but it was always an odd sight for locals.

By the time she was of age for highschool, her Mother sent her to live with her enigmatic Aunt in Tokyo, for her to finally socialize.

But, things mainly stayed the same for her, and her days remained plain and listless that's until an encounter with a certain quirky albino.
