Chapter One: Avenys

Set in the frozen continent of Verlan, a land scarred by an invasion of demon kind twenty five years prior, Avenys flees a local militia. She has made a grave mistake, one that may cost her life. Despite an inclement desire to lie down and perish, something presses her forward, forbidding her from succumbing to her tribulations.
