Prologue - June 22, 1941

"I smile back and weep."

France's home was taken away by the same person who took away WRRF's motherland. The Germans. What happens to lands which are broken again and again? What happens to a band of soldiers wanting to march back into Paris? What happens to a clique of Red Army Veterans in the freezing north? What happens to two people who share the same burden?
