Description
Sadie McCarthy, a journalist who leaves her career after the death of her best friend and coworker, seeks a new purpose in life. Tormented by the loss and determined to leave her past behind, she ventures to try new experiences and activities in an effort to find a purpose that will keep her away from the dangers of her former profession. Meanwhile, Saskia De Merindol, a lawyer struggling with alcoholism while trying to rebuild herself, faces internal demons and external obstacles on her path to recovery. Their paths cross again when both women work in the same building, and what starts as a friendship turns into a passionate romance. As they share moments of intimacy and complicity, they both explore the bond that unites them, facing life's challenges together. However, when Saskia discovers Sadie's secrets, their relationship is threatened, testing their love and loyalty towards each other.
