Orange lemons

Two lovers lives are set off course when they are torn apart. One in hades while the other is left in the world of the living. Distraught that her love has been taken she leaps into Avernus to retrieve her. Facing trials and the rude awakening of what it means to be mortal will she get her lover back?
Basically Orpheus and Eurydice but different (and gay).

btw Avernus is referring to the way it is used as a synonym for the entrance to the underworld or just the underworld not the lake for pagan rituals.
