Chapter 1. Another boring December

She once thought she would never join The Trials of Panic, but it's the only way for a girl like her to earn money so she and her sister can leave their small town and abusive dad behind. Every Friday she can sign up for that day's game. The more you play the more money you can win, but the more deadly the games become.
Playing for the safety of her sister she must get popular, make and break alliances, please the crowd, fight rivals, and choose her friends wisely; all while hiding a few malicious tricks up her sleeve.
With a ticking human time bomb at home will she win enough money to leave her home town or will this end in tragedy? In pure panic.
