Intro (A/N)

Madeleine Sallows and Elias Hawthorne are total opposites. Where Maddie's a bubbly ray of sunshine, Elias seems a little distant and quiet. But people are never truly what they seem. Not at first glance, anyway.

What will happen when Madeleine worms her way into Eli's life? Will they work through the challenges life throws at them together, or will they not be able to cope with all the stress and messy feelings?
