Daven Odsi is an Alpha in his prime, running a major pharmaceutical company specializing in secondary gender treatments who has been entangled in a ten-year-long friends-with-benefits arrangement with his best friend, Mickael Ravirdieu, another Alpha. It started back when they first got their assignments as Alphas, deciding they'd 'fuck it out' until their attraction subsided. It never did. The older they get, the more the arrangement begins to feel like it has an expiration date, and it leaves both of them feeling rather unsettled.
With the fear of what both feel is inevitably coming looming over their shoulders, both seek answers for what to do internally, but the reality is, if they don't want it to end... someone has to make the first move.
