Chapter one

Elis is an anxious mess and sheltered by her mother and sister, there has never been a need to try to step out of her shell. But with her mother's recent death Elis has discovered that reality is far different from what she thought it was and when her good for nothing father sells her to an unknown orc in the name of marriage. Elis and her sister scramble to pay back before she decides to take a big step and marry him.

Being thrust in a whole new world is jarring for Elis but for the first time in her life she has chosen something and it isn't hiding, she swears to protect herself and the beginning of a newfound happiness from the Orc she's very wary of but he's making it difficult and not in a bad way.
