In a realm fated by the stars to be segregated into two kingdoms (with smaller reigns constantly choosing sides ) who presumably despise each other, Zurine has been deemed the outlier. The Celestial white kingdom is a pool of porcelain white skin and hair. Their poshe accents have only cursed Zurine for daring to be brown skinned with white hair, earning herself the whispers and rumors of society. On the other hand, The Scarlet Red kingdom is full of secrets. Secrets of how it earned its name from spilled blood. Secrets of how its Queen is a wicked woman who cuts the head of anyone who dares defies her. Yet still manages to uphold the name wonderland. Living with her kingly father and two older sisters who make her life hell, Zurine has been filled with more than enough hate to turn her into a deranged murderer who craves the spilled blood of others. Physically haunted by the shadows of her victims, Zurine doesn't like who she has become but refuses to let herself be known. But when she is forced from her home, with nothing but her sister's proposal letter to send out to the king of the opposing side, the Scarlet red kingdom proves to be a rabbit hole full of lies and secrets.
