00. {Prologue} Sky, Pirates, and Purpose

Twenty-one-year-old Skylar Denzel was a Sky Pirate with a drive for adventure and excitement. She hadn't known home to be a place she was fond of ever since her mother died and life went downhill for her entire family. So, when she was tasked with saving her home along with the entire world she was less than thrilled to embark on that journey.

Nevertheless, when the earth began to crumble from beneath her she put aside her pride for the lives of others and left the familiar skies she was used to for uncharted land and risky waters.

Will she succeed in her quest and bring peace back to the Realms? Or will she go so far, and work so hard just to lose everything in the end?
