1: the airplane

This story is about Aphrodite Edinburgh, a 19yo girl who lives in a small village in France. She gets a scholarship to a college in the US, she leaves the village and her grandma to go that college to finish her studies. At the college she bumps into a guy: Matheo Henderson. He's a Icehockey player at her college and even though Matheo tries not to fall for Olivia, because he has a girlfriend, he fails. Olivia thinks that no person can ever love her so she tries to keep her distance from Matheo.
