Prologue

Maroon Mars is your typical fourteen year old Killjoy surviving in the post apocalyptic Californian desert, but not alone.
Maroons living with the most well known radio host in the zones, Dr Death Defying, and his trusty sidekick, Show Pony. With the both of them being disabled, (Dr D in a wheelchair and Show Pony being nonverbal), they both decide to send Maroon to live with another killjoy- Atom Angel, in hopes of her living a better life in a better and more secure household.
