Suddenly Cain wanted to leave the marriage. He felt that sticking to a single woman forever is boring. He would go and explore sexual relationship out there. With the help of Alexis his best friend, he began to date Maria, who was a call girl from the onset. Now he got stuck with her and would want to be with her forever. Alexis wanted to be with Cassy, even before she got married to Cain. Now this was his chance to go after her. To do this, he had to take Cain out of the picture totally. Making Maria leave the country was quite more easy than he had thought. She was a citizen of Brazil, who was only in the U.S to carry on with her call girl job. Now she had to return to her people to escape the fake death threat to her life which was orchestrated by Alexis secretly. Cain could not get over the thought of staying without Maria. He had to travel all the way out of the U.S in search of Maria, paving the way for Alexis to shoot his shots. While Cain was in Brazil searching for Maria, Alexis was incessantly visiting Cassy to see if he could strike a relationship with her.
