Irina never thought she would be reunited with her sister, especially since she believed her to be dead. After the two reconnect, Irina joins the avengers helping them defeat the dangerous Chituri army, and when Thor takes the mysterious Loki away, Irina thinks things will go back to normal. Well, as normal as one can get. Which is all fun and games until Thor brings Loki back to Earth to 'pay for his crimes appropriately'.
