Prologue- #1

11-year-old Allison Bryson is an anti-social, superstitious, sympathy worthy girl still grieving the loss of her mom. She keeps trying to tell herself to let go of the past, and other people are encouraging her to aswell, but, the reality is that- It's not letting go of the past, it's accepting that what would've happened in the future- isn't going to happen anymore.

She finds herself given no choice but to make friends and choices. Finding her way through grief is a long journey but there are people all around her who can help her- it's just the process of finding the right people.
