After falling from the sky in a blaze of glory, without so much as a memory to his name, and cleaving a path through the whole of the Tokyo Dead Zone with the discovery of his nature as a half-human half-Chimera, a monster from another world, a young Andrei Lowe travels the land once called Japan. A recovering post-apocalyptic society, plagued by full-blooded Chimera, needs a hero, and with the band of people he now calls 'family,' the Nowhere Generation, Andrei seeks to fill that role, and find himself in the process.
