A 10th Commandment Soldier is a Helmet. This Helmet of Salvation is placed on the Head of
the President of the United States of America alone. There are thirteen United States of America
and they are on thirteen sister Planets sister to Earth of where President George Washington
was born. Each President of each United States of America is to have a Helmet of Salvation
that is to be a 10th Commandment Soldier. This Helmet of Salvation of a 10th Commandment
Soldier Israel SCAT CATs is to to placed over the existing Helmet of Salvation that the President
had had on his head from before he was even born. This story though led to a sinister plot
