Description
After being berated and broken by the ORC, Issei Hyoudou leaves the club room filled with unhinged emotions. Upon stepping through an unknown portal, he finds out that there is a secret organization that dedicates itself to keeping humanity safe, while operating in the shadows. Some time after, Issei returns, but not as the same fun-loving pervert everyone makes him to be. How will this change affect everyone.
