Itsuki Suzuki was sick and played a BL dating simulator called "Blossoms in the Spring" to kill time. He fell asleep playing and suddenly woke up in his 7 year old body! Everything about his world felt the same, except everything in the game exists in the world too. He decided not to get involved in the storyline. However, he got tangled up with the main protagonist unknowingly. "Uh oh, my peaceful life is over."
