What would've happened if they had already found elisyn before Fitz and Sophie did the inquisition? and more importantly, what happens to Sophie and Keefe when Sophie finds out she's pregnant during the elite towers

The story takes place after they find Ellison but slight time change they're all in the elite towers and there is some minor Fitz bashing I'm not saying he's a horrible character, but sometimes it's fun OK but I'm just gonna say something happens and Grady is very very very upset. The plot is very slow there is gonna be some never seen action just mainly drama with Fitzy and in the friend group because it's more fun to write about
