Off to a rough start

Angela Richards is a Customer Service Member for British Airways at Heathrow Airport. It's Early 2020, and a Flight has returned due to an incident with one of her own injured on the aircraft. When she treats the injured Crew Member, she meets someone who has compassion and care for getting through tough situations. Will she make it through with him or will this be back to the drawing board?
