Hakoniwa Academy, one of the most prestigious school, yet one of the worse place if you are not someone as tough as you thought. This is the story about the Student Council group that aim to change the life of the students, including their education.

However, this is not just about them. Among all the students, even among those possess power, there is one particular person who is stand in the middle of everything. One person who do not know about his past. The person who can easily stand above anyone.
