A strange, dangerous infection starts spreading in the spirit world, Roy and his friends take part in another journey to find out the cause of it. But when one of them catches the infection and falls ill, they are faced with a new challenge they've never seen before. They must choose between survival or sacrifice their loved ones in order to solve the mystery.
