Based on a Monster under the bed by Emily Mei, and various tik tok edits (specifically @varciin), this story was heavily inspired by that... It was just supposed to be a simple crush... The first time Ludwicka, or Wickie as her mother nicknamed noticed her, she'd been thirteen, and most definitely in her awkward stage. At first it was a simple crush, but something about Kaede Somins is different from the usual typical boys that go to her school. He's sweet, funny, and actually goes up to talk to her despite her strange appearance and way she acts. Wickie has never crushed on anyone this hard and this fast. She makes it her mission to know everything about him, and secretly follow him around campus, which helps a lot that she's borderline invisible. During their senior year though, Wickie panics as the slow loom of graduating high school and going their separate ways plagues her. But lucky for her, she has a plan, a very full proof plan.
