When Charlotte and her family moved to Vancouver, Canada at the age of 7 from the Philippines. She never thought of having a new friend like how she was with her old friends. But then she met their family friend's neighbor's kid's son whose name is Kyle a half Canadian and half Filipino. He then changed her life forever. For Kyle, life is different for him, unlike any normal kid like what Charlotte has. He is living a double life as a child-teen actor and some days he isn't, he is in his taekwondo lessons. As an only child, his parents prefer him to keep him busy so that he won't get lonely. But then when he met Charlotte for the first time, he instantly felt something he never felt before. An enigmatic untranslated music that rings on his heart. After 5 years of living in Canada, Charlotte was cast by Kyle's agent to be a lead actress in a book series turned TV series. Both of them are the lead characters. Both of them grew fonder of each other as the filming and promotions started. For them, work didn't feel like a job, but rather like a field trip. However, when both of them have individual hectic schedules everything starts to get tougher. Will they ever overcome their problems? Or will they continue drifting away? Will childhood best friends be something worth more than a friendship? Is a friendship worth risking for a love confession? Could they still get the freedom after their big break? Is privacy still important for actors like them?
