Riot Carpenter, a teenage boy who lives in New York City goes to high school, little does anyone know, he lives a secret life as a superhero called Energy Blue, whenever he isn't in school, he is out fighting bad guys, his life would get more interesting when an exchange student from Japan moves into New York and goes to his school, Asami Kongou, who is also a superhero known as Rebound, Riot would soon find out that Asami wears diapers, all because of a drawback in her powers, Riot and Asami would become partners and fight villains of any shape and size, what superhero adventures await them?
