"why me...? out of all...me?"

Draco sat alone in the Slytherin common with her, confused over why of all people...why her. After years of abandonment, he was used to being alone. Nobody had ever said they loved him, nobody needed him, nobody cared for who he was. So when she came to him, and said she loved him, he was confused.

"Why me?"

He spoke to himself. Why after all this time was he the one she said she loved. He didn't understand it. But he knew now, when she was there with him...she was his safe place.
