Also, the Avengers are still one big happy family and they never broke up. I've also upped Peter's age to seventeen to close the age gap a little more, and he's also going to be taller. As for the Harry Potter Universe, I'm making it so the war ended a year earlier but everything that happened in cannon still happened, just a lot sooner. Just go with it, it's less confusing that way.
